We need part time on call private group refs on some Saturdays and or tournament paintball refs on scheduled Sundays.
Private Group Ref
We are looking for energetic people preferably with paintball experience but not required. Staff must be able to stand, walk and run for some time while supervising games on the paintball field during outdoor conditions. Must be capable of doing field maintenance to include mowing, edging and repairing bunkers, fixing markers and prepping the paintball box. Must be able to lift 40lbs or more and work in a weather-related environment. Our priority is to enforce all paintball rules that are safety related with customer service as our priority. Staff must be coachable, very customer service friendly, approachable and be willing to work mostly with young players and handle parents. During your off days, you will be encouraged to promote and help generate business to include marketing and promoting the solicitation of private groups to come out and play while earning a commission.
Staff must not be intimidated to address groups of 8 or more and have good presence to give a thorough equipment safety brief and player’s game brief.
The position is strictly on call for some weekends, maybe one day during the week in the afternoons and some holidays. We cater to private groups with reservations only. Staff must be able to work on call with as little as 24hrs notice and be available from 930AM-530PM on most Saturdays and some Sunday afternoons.
Staff must have reliable transportation and be over 18 years of age.

Tournament Ref
Must be available most scheduled Sundays for training from 3PM-5PM and for scheduled tournaments once a month from 1230PM-530PM on Sundays. Tournament paintball is fast and dynamic and requires candidates to be able to physically run and move quickly into position to make quick calls. Must be able to handle players, coaches and spectators in a professional customer service manner at all times. Training and most equipment provided!!!!
